Together, we foster hope and renewal
Path to Peace was founded by Evelyn Robles with a simple belief: people deserve a second chance.
After spending years working in addiction treatment, mental health, criminal justice, and community services, Evelyn saw the same challenges over and over again. People were being asked to rebuild their lives while facing barriers that many others never have to think about. A criminal record, lack of transportation, unstable housing, untreated trauma, addiction, mental health struggles, poverty, and stigma often stood between individuals and the opportunities they needed to move forward. Too often, people were defined by their worst mistake instead of their potential.
Path to Peace was created to help bridge those gaps. We believe that recovery, healing, and personal growth are possible when people have access to support, resources, and someone willing to walk alongside them. We recognize that many of the challenges individuals face are not simply personal struggles but are connected to larger issues such as poverty, housing instability, limited access to healthcare, justice system involvement, and other systemic barriers that make it difficult for people to succeed.
Our work focuses on helping individuals navigate those barriers and connect with opportunities that promote stability, wellness, and independence. Whether that means connecting someone to treatment, helping them access community resources, supporting their recovery journey, assisting with transportation, advocating for their needs, or helping them find a pathway to employment and housing, we are committed to meeting people where they are. Path to Peace serves individuals from all walks of life, but we have a special passion for those who are often overlooked—people in recovery, individuals involved with the justice system, those experiencing homelessness, veterans, families in crisis, and others who are working to rebuild their lives. We do not believe people should be permanently judged by their past. We believe in accountability, growth, resilience, and the power of human connection. Most importantly, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to find hope, purpose, and a path forward.
At Path to Peace, we are committed to helping individuals move beyond barriers and toward a future defined not by where they have been, but by where they are going.

Evelyn Robles brings strength, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others heal. With a master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration, she has dedicated her life to supporting people affected by trauma, mental health challenges, and substance use. She is especially passionate about helping justice-involved individuals and advocating for healing, rehabilitation, and opportunities that reduce recidivism.
Evelyn’s path has never been ordinary. It has been shaped by personal conviction and a strong sense of purpose. Throughout her career, she has worked with people impacted by addiction, incarceration, and other barriers, always treating them with dignity, compassion, and respect. Her experience includes mental health counseling, community advocacy, and leadership in treatment programs.
When Evelyn founded Path to Peace, she wanted it to be more than just a clinic. She wanted it to be a place where people feel welcomed, supported, and understood no matter what they have been through. She believes everyone deserves access to care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and centered on the needs of the people and families being served.

Sean Moore is a Program Director and advocate for second chances who leads through lived experience, resilience, and purpose. With a background in business and experience in sales leadership, Sean developed strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and leadership. Like many people, however, he faced a difficult period in life that led him down a path resulting in incarceration. Instead of allowing that experience to define who he was, Sean made the decision to take a hard look at his life and create a different future for himself.
With the support of faith, mentors, friends, and people who believed in him when he was struggling, Sean began rebuilding his life one step at a time. Those experiences changed his perspective and gave him a passion for helping others who may feel defeated, judged, or unsure if change is possible. Sean knows firsthand that people can recover, grow, and become more than the mistakes they have made.
As a Program Director, Sean brings honesty, compassion, and real-life experience into the work he does every day. He believes people deserve support, understanding, and opportunities to start over. By leading through action and sharing his own journey, Sean continues to show others that second chances are real and that one chapter of life does not have to determine the rest of the story.
